Sellgraam gives a seller a storefront at a web address and collects orders on their behalf. We are the software between a seller and their customer. We are not the merchant, we do not hold stock, and we do not handle payment.
You are responsible for what you sell, what you say about it, the prices you set, and delivering what someone ordered. You keep ownership of your photos, your product descriptions and your customer relationships — we claim none of it. You grant us only what is needed to show your storefront to the people you send there.
Sell what you are lawfully allowed to sell in the UAE. Counterfeits, anything requiring a licence you do not hold, and anything illegal will have the store removed. One account is one store.
Your order is with the seller, not with us. Payment is arranged directly with them — cash to the courier on delivery, or a bank transfer to their account. Money never passes through Sellgraam, and we take no cut of it.
Returns, refunds, delivery times and complaints about an item are between you and the seller. Their WhatsApp number is on the confirmation page for exactly this reason.
Sellgraam is free while it is in beta. No card is required and we take no percentage of any order. If that changes you will hear it from us before it happens, with enough notice to decide what you want to do.
We do our best to keep storefronts up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for sales missed while something is broken. If your store matters to your income, keep your own record of your products and your orders.
You can ask us to close your store at any time and everything belonging to it is deleted. We may remove a store that breaks these terms, and will say why when we do.
